If anything about your order wasn't exactly right, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the same condition you received them
- with original tags and packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
Starting a Return
To start a return, please use the Contact Form here. In the Comment Section, please include your order number and whether you prefer to exchange or return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the item.
Return Shipping
EndGame provides a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
